If you have received a judgment against a non-paying secretive defendant, you may want to give us the chance to track down the defendant, ascertain his assets, and sell them as allowed by law. Judgments incurred in California typically last 10 years and may be renewed. It may be that your debtor may now have come into property. Most judgments are too expensive to collect because of the substantial attorney's fees involved. We will agree to work on a contingency basis thereby allowing you to minimize your upfront costs.
