Jeff Gwynn was admitted to the California state bar in December 1995. He is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Southern and Northern districts of California. He received his Bachelor of Science from Loyola Marymount University and his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law which is ranked in the top 20 of all American Law Schools. While waiting for his bar results, Jeff interned with the Honorable Mitchel Goldberg, United States Bankruptcy court getting first hand experience on bankruptcy issues. He began practicing in Riverside in June 1996 with Thompson & Colegate defending personal injury lawsuits. As the years passed Jeff's practice expanded to real estate, construction, business, bankruptcy, asset protection and estate planning and insurance coverage.

His business and corporate work includes transactional matters and litigation. He has handled mergers, acquisitions, buy-sale agreements and formation. He has litigated corporate dissolutions, fraudulent transfers, usurpation and numerous other business and corporate issues. His real estate practice includes experience in transfers of title, easements, adverse possession and disclosure issues and litigation. His bankruptcy practice includes filing of chapter 7 and 13 petitions for debtors and defending creditor’s rights. He has experience defending actions for preferential and fraudulent transfers and filing claims. Finally, his construction practice includes mechanic's liens, stop notices and breaches of contract.

Javier H. Castillo is licensed to practice law in all California Courts and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Castillo is a former U.S. Army Paratrooper, enlisted from 1988 through 1992, during which he served in the First Gulf War of 1990. Mr. Castillo received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 1997 from the University of California and his Juris Doctor degree in 2001 from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.

Experienced in handling cases like yours, Mr. Castillo has worked in the areas of divorce, child custody, division of property/finances, child support and complex cases involving extensive property interests requiring consultation with a team of experts in specialized areas. Mr. Castillo practices exclusively in the Inland Empire Courts of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties so he can deal most effectively and expediently with opposing counsel in the early exchange of information (the "discovery" process) during informal settlement negotiations and in ADR or Family Court.
